Mental Health

There are many layers to our mental health. In my programs, we focus on reducing our stress, learning to cope better with external stressors & add in more stress reducing activities to our routines.

Brain health is another aspect of our mental health which we work on by LEARNING more. We also incorporate foods that keep your brain healthy and can help improve memory and concentration such as pumpkin seeds, fatty fish, blueberries, plums, blackberries and many other PURPLE/BLUE ‘brain foods’.

Emotional Health

Our emotional body is looked over in many standard diets – an example being that ‘white knuckle feeling’ to push through the restrictive diet & inevitably you will give in. This leaves your emotionally unwell as you feel like you’ve failed yet again (This is not your fault! It’s the classic yo-yo diet effect)

Emotional health is a main pillar of my coaching programs. We take time to discover how you are feeling, really.  Under the emotional pillar we look into our RELATIONSHIPS with others & ourselves — how they contribute to our feelings. We discuss our limiting beliefs & road blocks as we dig into our SELF TALK & learn to be kinder to ourselves.
