I recently attended a workshop that Cassidy did on Healthy Hormones. Cassidy knows her stuff!
I learned some new recipes to help with sugar cravings and to feel better all around. The best part is that the recipes tasted great…and she made them right in front of us. They were easy and the ingredients were items I could find in my local grocery & health food store. I follow Cassidy on Instagram as well for great healthy food choices.
